Take a look at this preview of my last shooting! An amazing experience!

A little over a year ago, I decided to take part in a 365 photo challenge. A group of friends had set up a Flickr group with the intention of photographing different colours every month so that at the end of the year the resulting montage would look like a rainbow.

I came to the party pretty late, only making the decision to join in on the first day, January 1st. I’m a journalist and photographer, but it was rare that I was taking photos for fun. I have taken part in 365 projects before, but I had never managed to  completed one and this seemed like it would be a fun thing I could do with my friends.

For the first three days, I happened to use three different cameras. My iPhone 4S, my Panasonic G5, and a camera I was reviewing at the time, a Nikon compact. That got me thinking… for how long would I be able to find a different camera to use every day?

My original plan was no more in depth than that. I guessed I would be able to make it to the end of January with little trouble.
